I recently purchased an AbCoaster online. During assembly and while cutting off some packaging, I inadvertently cut a wire on the product that goes to the counter. I immediately called the customer service line and got a wonderful young man. (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name) First of all, my call was answered promptly and when I explained the problem to the customer service rep he told me he could send me a replacement part that day and suggested I not return the damaged part so I wouldn’t have to pay for postage. This problem was handled sooo professionally and promptly that I wanted you to know how pleased I am. Unfortunately, this kind of service is rare and situations like this frequently entail a lot of wasted time and stress to get a problem resolved. Most companies hear the complaints and often people don’t take the time to send compliments and I wanted you to know. I wish I could remember the young man’s name so you could show him this email. I spoke with him on Monday, June 16 in the morning if that helps.
